        The proposal offers users a flexible and adjustable living development strategy where it is a constant changing architecture design scheme. As the population in Rome increases drastically, the environmental issue in Rome continues to rise. As a result, it has been a big concern to many of the local residents especially the government who is looking for solutions to overcome it. 

          Thus, to ensure that the eternal city, Rome, Italy remain eternal, the new model of living development strategy is proposed. In this proposal, it offers the local community a self-sustaining and co-exist recycling hubs and living hub/tower whereby human, animals, living organism, bacteria co-exist at the same place at the same time. In addition, the design proposal intended to allow users to choose, design and create their living space according to their own unique lifestyle. The metabolically designed architecture concept allows the local community to the plug-in module of spaces based on their lifestyle and demographics of their family. All the fabrication work will be in digital fabrication; computational and robotics system will be involved in this design proposal. This flexible arrangement system allows an "Organic Biological Growth" design on the proposed site.
